🎯 Role Overview
This role is a hybrid of digital marketing strategist and hands-on lead generator. You’ll run social media campaigns and paid ads with a focus on acquiring qualified leads. You’ll work both on internal lead generation for our agency and on behalf of our clients across different industries. Your ultimate goal? Bring in warm, ready-to-convert leads — and support the sales process through to deal closure.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate leads
- Create or coordinate compelling visuals and copy for social media that drive conversions
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels tailored to lead generation goals
- Follow up with incoming leads to qualify, engage, and support conversion
- Help track leads and performance using CRM tools and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align campaign messaging with goals
- Adapt quickly to new industries and client niches, creating tailored strategies as needed
✅ Who You Are
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, or lead generation
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social ad platforms
- Confident with conversion funnels, CRM tools, and landing page builders
- Strong verbal and written communication — comfortable handling both leads and clients
- Organized, results-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve ROI
- Bonus: Previous experience working in a digital agency or with multiple brands is a plus
