We’re now looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to help elevate how our clients show up online — and how our agency is represented across digital touchpoints.
🚀 About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of social content across a portfolio of clients — from strategy and concepting to publishing and optimization. You won’t just post what’s handed to you — you’ll help shape the story, lead creative direction, and ensure every post reflects the client’s brand identity and goals.
This is a senior, high-trust role ideal for someone who blends creativity, structure, strategic thinking, and leadership.
🔧 What You’ll Own
- Lead monthly and weekly content strategy for 2–4 client brands (plus Azality channels)
- Build and manage multi-platform content calendars (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Write high-performing, on-brand captions, hooks, and stories that drive attention and action
- Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators (UGC coordination when needed)
- Oversee end-to-end post execution — from strategy to visuals to scheduling and tagging
- Review analytics monthly and translate insights into actionable content adjustments
- Be the guardian of brand voice, visual quality, and post consistency
- Attend occasional client calls (as needed) and proactively recommend ideas or pivots
- Spot trends early and bring ideas to the table before clients ask

🧑💼 Who You Are
- 3+ years managing social media professionally (agency or in-house)
- Deep understanding of content strategy, trends, hooks, and performance formats
- You can think like a strategist and write like a creator
- Organized, deadline-driven, with experience managing multiple clients or verticals
- You give great feedback and can lead creative execution (not just doers, but thinkers)
- Comfortable attending or leading client-facing content discussions
💎 Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or service brands
- Prior experience directing or sourcing UGC / influencers
- Light editing or creative direction experience
- Familiarity with ad creatives and working with paid teams
